Carol Paulsen, our National Sales Manager has an excellent background in high-end luxury residential real estate.  For over 20 years, Carol has specialized in the upscale home market of Southern California.  Carol's expertise in marketing and public relations generated a 95% referral and a repeat business client base.

Carol  also worked with Prudential California Realty, ERA Fine Homes, Century 21 Coastal Properties and Fred Sands Coastal Properties.

Her passion for travel and the luxury resort lifestyle has launched her career with Elite Resorts & Spas.  She now specializes in selling our award-winning resorts to our upscale clientele.

Currently Carol lives in Orange County, California and has two sons.  An accomplished equestrian, Carol is also an avid skier, golf and tennis player, and is in the process of obtaining her pilot's license as she loves to fly and travel around the world.
